The Center of Shamanic Education and Exchange (CSEE) is a registered 501-c3 based in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Jose Luis Stevens Ph.D. and Lena Stevens of the Power Path School of Shamanism founded The Center for Shamanic Education and Exchange in 2007 with the intention of fostering exchange and preservation of the shamanic traditions of the world, beginning with the traditions they have studied and apprenticed in for over twenty-five years. In addition to a ten year apprenticeship with a Huichol Maracame (shaman) in the Sierras of Central Mexico they have also studied intensively with Peruvian shamans both in the Amazon and the Andes. They have taught and worked with individuals, groups, businesses and communities helping to bring shamanic nature-based wisdom back into people's lives. They are currently on the board of CSEE.

CSEE's MISSION is to research, preserve and make available the shamanic wisdom, culture, practice and traditional ways of indigenous peoples worldwide. These are ancient, powerful and sustainable ways that have been important and helpful to human kind over the millennia.
The VISION is to bring Shamans and healers of different cultures together to both stimulate their own practices and to encourage new forms of shamanism to emerge, pertinent to the modern world.
We SUPPORT this research into indigenous cultures in order to create programs that will facilitate the continuance of their songs, dances, healing practices, ceremonies, arts, crafts, and teachings.
