This first, and hopefully annual, event co-sponsored by the Power Path was a huge success. Much was learned, experienced and shared among all the youth that participated in this powerful training. A shamanic perspective on leadership was the primary focus of the program and the participants went away with a greater understanding of true power and tools for creating more of a life they want. The experiences we witnessed and feedback we received is very convincing as speaking to the great need for this kind of life preparation and of learning to understand and to use the shamanic models of ancient indigenous wisdom. The CSEE educational film series on SHAMANISM, is in its beginning stages of filming. Our current project includes a pilgrimage to the Quero people in the Peruvian Andes. This is a highly shamanic culture with an incredible shamanic life philosophy. Through our efforts we are hoping to be able to connect you with this important wisdom at this potent time on the planet where shamanism and indigenous ways are making their way back into the mainstream. A time when North Americans are finally waking up to the harm they have caused our planet and have made small steps towards progress.
